26 March | 8.30am–10.00am | Bankside Hotel, SE1

Artificial Intelligence is no longer a future concept — it is actively reshaping leadership, governance, productivity and competitive advantage across every sector. The critical question is not whether AI will influence our professional lives, but how women can use it to their advantage and help shape its direction and impact.

On 26 March, the Women’s Irish Network convenes a senior-level conversation on the opportunities, risks and responsibilities presented by AI — and the importance of female representation in this rapidly evolving field.

Hannah O’Reilly

Data Centre Executive

Hannah leads the development of data centre solutions for NHS customers, supporting healthcare organisations to modernise infrastructure, enhance resilience, and optimise performance across clinical and operational environments. She brings a frontline healthcare perspective to responsible AI adoption and is particularly focused on the potential of AI to improve clinical outcomes.

In conversation with WIN Chair Yvonne Maher, the session will explore:

  • Leadership pathways into global technology and advisory roles

  • Ireland’s strategic role within the international tech ecosystem

  • The business case for women’s representation in AI and STEM

  • The opportunities and governance considerations presented by AI

  • Practical guidance on engaging with AI tools effectively — including how to structure high-quality prompts

The programme will include a 20-minute leadership conversation, a 30-minute applied AI insight session, followed by audience Q&A and structured networking.

This event is designed for senior professionals, founders and decision-makers seeking to understand AI not as a trend, but as a strategic capability requiring informed engagement and responsible leadership.

As always, WIN brings together a curated network of accomplished Irish women across industries — fostering meaningful connection, peer exchange and long-term collaboration.

Places are limited. Early booking is advised.
