WIN membership is for Irish women and Irish-connected women in London who want to be part of a supportive, ambitious and grounded community. Some of our members were born and raised in Ireland; others grew up in Irish households abroad or discovered their Irish roots later in life. Some are at the start of their careers; others are senior leaders, founders, creatives, carers or career changers.

Absolutely. Many members come to their first event not knowing a soul. Our board and volunteers are very intentional about welcoming new faces, making introductions and creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. There is no pressure to “network perfectly”, just real conversations, shared experiences and plenty of laughter. You can participate at your own pace.

WIN opens 2026 with a celebration of Irish women who are leading the evolution of beauty, skincare, and women’s wellbeing across Ireland and the UK.
This intimate breakfast event brings together three exceptional Irish female founders whose brands reflect today’s modern Irish woman — confident, curious, ambitious, and deeply invested in her own wellbeing. Through honest conversation and shared lessons, the panel will explore the realities of building a brand as Irish women abroad and the powerful role identity, heritage, and community play in shaping their journeys.
The Women’s Irish Network is opening 2026 with something truly special. On Thursday 5th of February, a small group of WIN members will gather in the private dining room at Myrtle in Chelsea for an evening of extraordinary food, intimate conversation, and an inspiring Q&A with award-winning Irish chef Anna Haugh. With only 15 places available, this is a rare chance to experience one of London’s most acclaimed Irish-led restaurants in the company of the WIN community.
