WIN membership is for Irish women and Irish-connected women in London who want to be part of a supportive, ambitious and grounded community. Absolutely. Many members come to their first event not knowing a soul. Our board and volunteers are very intentional about welcoming new faces, making introductions and creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. There is no pressure to “network perfectly”, just real conversations, shared experiences and plenty of laughter. You can participate at your own pace.
