We design events and experiences that reflect the lives of Irish women in London today; women who are ambitious, busy, curious and community-minded.
The Women’s Irish Network (WIN) is a volunteer-led community that connects, supports and inspires Irish women in London and across the UK.
Founded in 1998, WIN was created for Irish women who want more than just a contact list; they want real connections, open conversations and to feel a sense of home.
We bring together women of all ages, backgrounds and careers who share a connection to Ireland whether you were born there, grew up in an Irish household or simply feel part of the Irish community.
Through our thoughtfully curated events, meaningful partnerships and a warm inclusive atmosphere, WIN has grown into a network where you can walk into a room of strangers and leave feeling like you’ve found your people.

Our Mission
Our mission is simple: connecting, supporting and inspiring Irish women in London.
We exist so that you don’t have to navigate your life and career in London on your own. We want you to feel that there’s a community behind you, cheering you on when things go well and understanding you when they don’t. WIN gives Irish women the space to grow their careers, expand their networks, celebrate their culture and give back to others who may need an extra hand.
At its heart, WIN is about belonging. We want you to feel that there is a room in this city where your Irishness, your ambition and your professional or personal goals are all supported at the same time.
The WIN Community
Today, our community includes women working in law, finance, media, tech, education, healthcare, the arts, marketing and more. Some are just starting their careers; others are established leaders, founders and changemakers. Many have built new lives in London while holding a deep connection to their Irish culture and identity.
You don’t have to live in a particular postcode, work in a particular sector or even be Irish born. If you feel connected to Ireland and want to be part of a supportive, dynamic group of Irish women in London, there is a place for you here.

“Irish women are having a moment...”
Our Impact
Every event ticket purchased and every membership subscription contributes to the Women Irish Networks bigger purpose. In recent years, WIN has channelled the participation of hundreds of Irish women in London into tangible impact. Together, we’ve raised significant funds, including an £8,000 donation for the Irish Youth Foundation (IYF), and other organisations supporting the Irish community in the UK.
Our events have have included such participants such as dietitians, writers, broadcasters, businesswomen, activists and creatives, and each one has brought Irish women together to learn from and support one another. Recently, we have collaborated with partners such as the Embassy of Ireland, the Women’s Prize Trust, Angela Hartnett, Michelin-starred chef, Angela Scanlon, broadcaster, SISTERLY, Media Women, Kiln Theatre and Sculpted by Aimee.
