Opened in 2019, Myrtle has become a standout name on London’s restaurant scene, recognised in the Michelin Guide and awarded three AA Rosettes for its modern European menu with a strong Irish influence. At the heart of it all is Anna Haugh, a proud Dubliner, celebrated chef and one of the most exciting Irish voices in global food right now.
Trained under culinary greats including Gordon Ramsay and Gualtiero Marchesi, Anna has built a career defined by craft, courage and leadership. Her BBC series A Taste of Ireland shone a spotlight on Irish produce and culinary heritage, and her recent appointment as the new host of MasterChef marks a powerful milestone for Irish women in food and broadcasting.
