Find Your Voice: A Creative Writing Evening with Kit de Waal

£50.00

20 October | Bankside Hotel, Southbank | Doors 6:30 pm

We all need to write. But somewhere between the to-do lists and the same old lines, many of us have lost the joy of it. In an age of AI, writing with feeling, voice, and honesty matters more than ever — and rediscovering that spark can be a quiet act of coming home to yourself.

This October, the Women's Irish Network invites you to an intimate evening with award-winning author and WIN ambassador Kit de Waal — an evening about finding your voice, unleashing your creativity, and reconnecting with your authentic self.

What to expect

Kit will open with a short, hands-on session of writing prompts and a conversation about what "voice" really means — the thing that makes your words unmistakably yours. From there we'll move into a relaxed fireside chat, the kind that happily wanders off-topic into all sorts of things, with plenty of time for your questions.

Expect warmth, honesty and inspiration in equal measure, among a room of Irish women who love good words and good company. There'll be drinks on arrival and time to connect before and after.

BookBar will join us on the night with a hand-picked selection of titles to browse and buy — Kit's own books included, should you fancy a signed copy to take home.

She joins WIN as an ambassador, and we couldn't be prouder to host her.
