Join us for an inspiring conversation featuring Doireann Ní Ghlacáin — broadcaster, presenter and passionate advocate for Gaeilge; Emily De Búrca, founder of Croí na Gaeilge, whose events have helped build one of London's most vibrant Irish-language communities; and Mollie Guidera (Irish with Mollie), who has inspired thousands to embrace their cúpla focal through social media and online learning.
Whether you're fluent, rusty or know just a handful of words, come along for an evening of conversation, culture and connection. The discussion will be followed by traditional music at the London Irish Centre, so you're encouraged to stay on, continue the conversation as Gaeilge and enjoy the community.
This event is open to anyone — not just WIN members. Bring your partner, husband, friends or anyone with an interest in Irish language and culture.
Three voices championing Gaeilge
Musician · Presenter · Academic
Best known for presenting prominent cultural programming on TG4 and RTÉ. A native speaker ó Bhaile Átha Cliath, tá clú agus cáil uirthi mar cheoltóir traidisiúnta agus mar amhránaí ar an sean-nós, having performed the world over. Bhain sí PhD amach sa Nua-Ghaeilge in Ollscoil na Gaillimhe in 2025.
Founder · Croí na Gaeilge
Croí na Gaeilge is an Irish-language collective based in London. Emily founded it to promote and preserve Irish as a living, thriving language beyond traditional settings. Through monthly meetups, cultural events and creative collaborations, she creates welcoming spaces where Irish is spoken, celebrated and accessible.
Creator · Irish with Mollie
Creator of Irish with Mollie, an online platform making the Irish language accessible and enjoyable for learners worldwide. Through her courses, podcast, social content and resources, she has helped thousands reconnect with their heritage and gain confidence speaking. Mollie recently released her best-selling book, The Gaeilge Guide.
